Ayse Ozcan Atar joined Tyndall National Institute as a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Emanuele Pelucchi in 2019. She is currently working in the epitaxial growth of III-V materials.
She completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Physics at Bilkent University, Turkey in 2012 and received her MSc degree from the Department of Material Science and Nanotechnology of Bilkent University in 2014. Before joining Tyndall she worked as a researcher in the Space Technologies Research Institute, Turkey.
